Model SG-A,SG-S : Supply / Return air grille

Suitable used for cooling , a high sidewall location is one of the perfect location. The air can be directed slightly arched upward , and then will follow the ceiling due to the ceiling effect, mixing well with induce secondary air. In this way the mixed air temperature will not be unacceptably lower the room temperature before it drops to the occupied zone.

Suitable used for wave air heating, the high sidewall outlet can also result in stratification of the warm air.

grilles can also be used at ceiling with result similar to high sidewall location.

FEATURES AND BENEFITS

Constructed from extruded aluminium, mild sheet steel or stainless sheet steel.

Single deflection grille:

Grilles with one set of bar parallel to either vertical or horizontal frame.

Double deflection grille:

Grilles with two sets of bars at right angles to each other.

Registers:

Grilles with volume control dampers mounted behind the grilles.

Bars designed in aerofoil core section for minimum turbulence and low noise level.

White baked enamel as a standard finish, special colour finishes are also available to match architectural requirement.

ACCESSORIES

O.B.D.

Opposite blade damper, manufactured from sheet steel and fixed behind the SG as a volume controller, Standard finish is black baked enamel. The damper blades move simultaneously in opposite direction. Allow for smooth volume control from fully open to fully close. Smooth operation by turning a single adjustment screw.
